Amazon vendor recoveries · UK & EU

Cleave back what Amazon kept.

Shortages. Price claims. Chargebacks.
We trace the deductions, build the evidence and pursue the money you’re owed.

A written audit. Commission agreed before claims begin.

PO 7XK2Q4 / Shortage claim

Stock marked as missing.

Check delivery
The deduction
Amazon says 64 units didn’t arrive.
The evidence
Carrier proof of delivery, the invoice and receiving records.
The next step
Match quantities and dates. Dispute if the records support it.

Delivery alone doesn’t prove the quantity received. We check both.

What we check

Small lines.
A bigger cost.

We match the deduction to your records. Then we pursue the claims the evidence supports.

Shipment disputes

Shortages, overages, returns and invoice mismatches.

Price claims

Cost differences between the order, your invoice and the agreed price.

Co-op & allowances

Rates, dates and charges checked against what you signed.

Chargebacks

Shipment notices, labels, prep, routing and delivery windows.

Sell through Seller Central? We cover that too.

Lost or damaged stock, inbound discrepancies, customer refunds without returns, and fee errors. Choose Seller Central in the audit form. Request your audit.

What do deductions
cost your business?

Annual deductions at these settings

£150,000

Some deductions are valid. The audit checks which ones have grounds for a dispute.

Try a recovery assumption

£60,000 before commission and VAT on our fee.

The starting 40% is an example assumption, not our track record. Change it to explore the maths. Amazon decides every claim.

How it works

You keep control.
We do the chasing.

  1. Find the claims

Agree access and the review period. Get a written audit of the deductions and the evidence each needs.

  2. Build the case

Agree the commission and scope. We file supported claims, pursue replies and escalate where appropriate.

  3. Follow the money

Amazon pays or credits your account. Your monthly report shows recoveries, claim status and commission.

Every settlement needs your written OK, including a lump sum that closes a period.

Commission, agreed upfront

A share of what
comes back.

The audit is free. For claims we pursue, commission applies to amounts Amazon pays, credits or reverses.

How fees and access work

Your proposal sets the rate. Commission carries VAT and can apply to credits set against your Amazon balance. Any third-party cost needs your written OK. Claims we identify or pursue can attract commission after the contract ends. Removing access early can trigger commission on open claims under the contract.

Who you’ll work with

Two Jacks.
One clear paper trail.

Jack Leader and Jack Cooper, co-founders of Jack2Media in Bristol. We work on Amazon vendor and seller accounts.

Find the cause, too.

We look for recurring losses and suggest changes to help reduce the next round of deductions.

Before you start

Fair questions.
Straight answers.

We already handle claims in-house. Why you?

Keep the claims your team is pursuing. We can review older deductions, rejected claims and evidence gaps. We agree the scope so everyone knows who’s handling what.

Do we need to change how we ship or invoice?

No. We work from your existing records. Any changes we suggest to reduce future deductions are yours to decide.

What access and paperwork do you need?

A named user through Amazon’s permissions. Your main login stays yours. Claims may need delivery records, purchase orders, invoices and agreements. We agree the accounts and periods to review before starting.

What won’t you file?

Claims we can’t support with genuine records. We won’t submit documents we believe are false or altered, and we won’t dispute a charge just because it appeared on a statement.

How far back can you look?

It depends on the claim type and marketplace. SPS Commerce reports a two-year limit on vendor shortage and price disputes, re-disputes included, confirmed in North America and spreading to other regions. Other categories have their own rules. We check the deadlines that apply and agree the review period in your proposal. See the deadline report.

How long does recovery take?

Amazon decides every claim and sets the pace. We can’t promise an amount or a timescale. Your monthly report shows where each claim stands.

Could a dispute affect our Amazon relationship?

Amazon may review your account more closely, delay payments or review your terms. We file supported claims and discuss settlement offers with you before anything is accepted.

Who works on our claims?

Jack Leader and Jack Cooper are your points of contact. Specialist partners may help under confidentiality and data protection terms. JLJC remains responsible for their work.

What if there’s nothing to recover?

You still get the free audit. If it finds no supported claims, there’s no recovery work to proceed with.
